  4. Double:  This double is for take out and shows support
  5.   in the unbid suits with a RPC of 12 or more.  If
  6.   three suits have been bid and the first bid was an
  7.   artificial 1C, it shows support in clubs and the
  8.   suit that was not bid.
  9. 1S: 5 card suit and 1 1/2 QT
  10. 2D: 3 diamonds and RPC 9.
  11. 3D: 3 diamonds and RPC 12 (possibly pre-emptive).
  12. 4D: Sufficient values for game, inviting slam try,
  13.     3 diamonds and RPC OF 18 or higher
  14. Spades or Hearts:  Jump or competitive 2 bid shows
  15.     good 6 card suit, 2 1/2 QT
  16. 2C: Cue bid showing two suit hand, hearts and
  17.     spades, 2 1/2 QT.
  18. 3C: If first club bid was artificial, shows long
  19.     strong club suit and 2 1/2 QT.     
  20. 2NT: Stoppers in C,H,S and HCPC 15 or more and 3 or
  21.     more QT.
  22. 3NT: If first bid was artificial, this bid is made
  23.     with a long strong club suit and stoppers in
  24.     hearts and spades."
